Risk & Liability Policy/Agreement
In consideration of participating in all on and off-ice physical activities at Granatier Sportsplex, I understand the nature
of these activities and that I am in good health and proper physical condition to participate in such activities.
I understand and acknowledge that participation may result in personal injury, including but not limited to injury to
bones, joints, ligaments, muscles, tendons, internal organs and other aspects of the skeletal system and In rare
occurrences death, complete or partial paralysis or brain damage.
In all activities, I understand the scope, nature and extent of the risks involved and voluntarily and freely assume all
such risks.
I hereby release, discharge, save harmless and indemnify the owner, instructors, the business, the organizers and/or
its agents from and against all claims, actions, costs and expenses and demands in respect to death, injury, loss or
damage to my person or property whatsoever and howsoever caused, arising out of or in connection with my
association with or entry in any activities. I further agree to hold harmless Granatier Sportsplex, the owners, the
instructors, facility members, the organizers and its agents from any and all actions, claims, demands, losses,
judgements or costs or any nature to any third party resulting from my association or entry in any program or activity.
I agree that this Release shall bind my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns.

Social Media & Media Release
I hereby grant Granatier Sportsplex the right to use, without payment of any fee or charge, any written information,
photograph, videotape or other visual media in any of Granatier Sportsplex publications and in all other media of
myself or my child taken during any activity, training, practice, game, community or social event for the purpose of
furthering the purpose of Granatier Sportsplex objectives.
Use of Social Media, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogging, YouTube and other online social media vehicles is
commonplace. In all use of social media that involves Granatier Sportsplex, we ask that you respect the law,
including those laws governing defamation, discrimination, harassment, copyright and fair use.

Academy Registration

The total registration fee is $2,000.00 + GST.
Payments for accepted applicants can be made in four equal installments
• Initial Registration - $500.00 + GST
• December 1, 2025 - $500.00 + GST
• February 1, 2026 - $500.00 + GST
• April 1, 2025 - $500.00 + GST
Payments may be made by cheque or e-transfer.


Academy Refund Policy

Academy Fees are non refundable:
In the event of an injury sustained before or during the course of the season that prevents or restricts participation in the Granatier Player Academy, I acknowledge and accept that there is no guarantee of a refund or credit. Any potential consideration for refund or credit due to injury will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions made by Granatier Player Academy will be final.
