Skating Bio

Ang started figure skating at the age of 3 years old, and coached canskate throughout her school years till grade 12. She has been coaching a preschool learn to skate program for the last 5 years. She uses games, circuits, toys and music to teach the basic skating skills and inspire the kids and to have fun on the Ice as they learn to skate.

Fitness Bio

She has been teaching fitness classes since 2011. She completed her Level 1 kettlebell certification with Agatsu in 2011, then re-certified in 2018. In 2013 she completed her Joint Mobility and Movement certification also through Agatsu. Then completed her CrossFit Level 1 Certification in 2015. Her passions are kettlebell classes, kid’s fitness, bootcamps, team dryland training, and mom and baby classes. She loves inspiring all ages to be fit and active and to live their best lives in the simplest and most realistic way possible. She believes everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out.

Personal Bio

Ang is a very proud wife to Devin. They have 2 amazing kids together. Their oldest child is Brody, he is 12 and he will be a second year Peewee in the fall, and enjoys playing spring hockey, baseball and golf. Their youngest is Hailey, she is 10 and she is a figure skater and has the most amazing passion for practicing gymnastics and taking care of our precious pet bunny Penny! Their family loves camping, paddle boarding, ski trips, travelling, movie quotes, and spending time together whether it’s in a rink cheering or at home watching movies.
