If your child is curious about about the sport of Ringette, then our U6 Ringette Program is the perfect launchpad! This program offers a fun, lively introduction to ringette fundamentals in a safe and supportive setting.
Season Details
Runs: September – March
Times: Sundays from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Session Length: 50 minutes each ice time
This extended time frame means weeks of laughter, learning, and confidence building on the ice!

Your U6 Ringette Journey | What to Expect
What Makes This Program Special?
This isn’t just another ice time — it’s an introduction to ringette that’s built on joy, movement, and friendship. Whether your child has never skated before or already glides a bit, we meet them right where they’re at.
In this program:
✔️ Fun is the priority — the focus is on play, smiles, and feeling good about being on the ice.
✔️ Fundamentals are introduced gently — children work on basic skating and early ringette skill play.
✔️ No pressure, no scores — this is purely about development and fun.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
(Total may vary depending on amount of participants)
- Approximately 25 Ice Times — lots of chances to grow and play
- 15 Practice Sessions (50 min each)
- 10 Hybrid Practice/Game Sessions (30 min practice + 30 min small-ice game format)
