Our U5 Program (Athletes born 2020/21), sponsored by Al Andersons Source For Sports is the perfect beginning for aspiring players ready to start their hockey journey! Designed for absolute beginners, whether your kid can’t skate or has some fundamentals down, this comprehensive program offers a welcoming and supportive environment where newcomers can learn the fundamentals of the sport with confidence.

The program runs from September to March every Saturday. It consists of a weekly practice where the kids will start working on the fundamentals needed to excel in the sport with the goal of getting everyone moving around independently by Christmas! In the New Year all athletes will begin to take part in games playing against the other U5 teams of a similar skill level!
