The Tournaments operate on a “First Paid – First Entered” format.
A Credit Card Payment or an E-Transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org must accompany the application within 12 hours of submission
or the application will not be considered.
Please include on your e-transfer the name of the team that is entering the tournament.
***A REFUND OF 50% WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOU UPON COMPLETION OF THE TOURNAMENT SHOULD WE FIND A REPLACEMENT TEAM***

Confirmation/Acceptance letter will be sent once payment is received. Teams will be notified of their first game as early as possible.
